The villa has a large kitchen, dining room and living area on the ground floor along with a guest W.C. Upstairs has three good size bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom, the villa has great sea views from the upstairs balconies. The villa also offers a good size private garden and has a private pool.

The Villa Grace has its own private oval pool (3.0m x 9.0m approx) that can be accessed by both steps and ladder.
